do something

I think every Monday I will write about a step to take for self improvement.

I'll start this series off with a simple step that helps a lot. You can't do this everyday but you can do it most of them.

Here it is:

Do something productive as soon as you get up in the morning.

When you wake up in the morning get right out of bed and get right to work. Do something, a 2o minute workout, clean something, wash the car, anything, just do something right away. It sets the tone for the whole day.

Don't get the paper and eat a pop tart! Do something!
