needs a little work

I will reduce my weight by XXX pounds by May 3 2006.

I will make exercise a priority. I will use the many methods that I know and enjoy. I’ll be biking, rowing and gliding. I’ll walk my dog and jump my rope. I’ll shadow box and strike yoga poses. I’ll practice the PYTP exercises. I’ll walk as much as I can when I go to the races.

I will only drink cold water from now on. I will eat green leaves and vegetables everyday. I will eat three apples everyday.

I will fast for a couple of days every month.

I will incorporate breathing exercises into my plan.
