Drink a big glass of water 1st thing in the morning.

Then do something productive. Do anything productive. Do a 2o minute workout. Write, work in the yard, do some maintenance on the house or work on the car, anything. Just do something productive right away.

It sets the tone for the rest of the day. It finds the path to productive days for you.

If you don't want to make improvements in your life, then have some coffee and watch one of those morning shows.
