The first thing you must decide is to stop playing around. If you want to make changes then get with the program.
What is the program?
The program is to do stuff that works. Why do anything else?
If you want to lose weight then eat less calories then you burn and increase your metabolism. How do you increase your metabolism? Exercise. Once you begin to get fit you will earn compound interest from your exercise program, you will burn a couple of hundred calories in your workout and you will burn a couple of hundred more calories when you are not working out from the increase in your metabolism.
If you want to do well in a professional career then read the classics. Don't read Shakespeare (read him later) read Napoleon Hill and Dale Carnegie. I once read where a fellow was put off if he went into an office and saw those old out of date books like "How to Win Friends and Influence People" on the shelf. He thought that the people there were completely out of touch. I guess he didn't know that human nature doesn't change.
Frankly, there is nothing that I can ever write here that hasn't already been thought of. The reason to visit this page is to get the stuff that works in little doses without set up stories.
