There is a profile in the March issue of Bass Player magazine of Tim Bogert, bass player for Vanilla Fudge, one of the first heavy metal rock bands.

Vanilla Fudge has released a new record where they've reworked their hits from the 60's. When asked about this Tim responds, "We wanted to re-record the hits with modern technology. Plus, we're all pretty good players now --if you polish something for 35 years, it's going to shine."
