I've just set down my guitar after a bit of practice. That's an overstatement.
I tuned it and fingered a scale for a few minutes. At least that is better than not doing anything with it which is my usual habit. I will have to pick it up again after work.
I've laid out an ambitious plan to return to strength. After reviewing my work out diary I figure that I can return to a level I have been at before in just 10 short weeks. That will be 40 workouts. The amount of workouts is similar to what I did just two years ago but I think I am pushing the timeline. I will also be using less variety in equipment.
10 weeks just doesn't seem like very much at all. Nevertheless big changes will happen and I will enjoy myself more through the bike riding season. It will also make going to races and other events much more pleasurable.
Where could you be in 10 weeks if you did something versus where you will be if you don't do anything at all?
