Very soon, I am going to have lunch with my mother, and it will be my last meal. I can't stand it anymore.
Well last meal for a few days anyway. I'm starting a fast, did it before and it is time to do it again.
Marvelous curative powers! Will shake out some aches and pains this week, knee feeling finicky, the heck with that, out goes the bad, heel been bothering me, let's straighten that out.
Nothing but distilled water this weekend. Maybe a headache will show up early, even a little bit of pain, so what, those are withdrawal symptoms.
After the second day fasting gets easy, just keep your nerve and glide right along. All those pesky toxins that are in our food begin to flush out and the weight drops. We survived thousands of years ago because we were able to deal with feast and famine. Today it is feast all of the time and that is not easy on our bodies.
Fasting is the sort of thing that doctors don't recommend, they don't get it, never studied it, too bad.
I invite the king to join me. He is a friend of mine who needs this as badly as I do. I don't expect him to though. It is too hard for a king.
I will tell you how I am doing everyday so stop back.
I'm 6'3" at 425.

The "king" will join. Due to pryor commitments, he will have to wait until Monday to get his "fast" start. I not sure where the moniker "the king" comes from? I have written a list of my goals and am starting to make a game plan for each. Weight loss and fitness is near the top of that list. I probably can not accomplish the other goals with out first working on this. Enough rambling. The "king" has spoken.
