ultimate fighter

If you're a sports fan I highly recommend "The Ultimate Fighter" on Spike TV tonight.

I'll be watching it while in the gym.

The show will start off tonight with a painful demonstration of emotion by a tough kid who just lost a fight in last weeks episode. I think he was winning but a swipe across his forehead gave him a cut and he lost the fight because of it.

He doesn't take it very well. It will probably be a little hard to watch but who among us has a natural grace to endure a heart breaking loss at a young age?

The feature of tonight's episode will be the fight at the end of the show. Both of these kids are tough and highly skilled and it will be one helluva combination.

This reality program is a way for these young men to get something out of life at the moment, to win a big prize.

It takes a lot of commitment on their part to try this. More than most of us are willing, or able, to give.
