it ain't easy

The stock car roared into the pits. All he had to do was change one front tire, over the wall he went, put the tire down, pull the trigger and take the nuts off, turn for the tire, only to see it rolling away because he had not laid it down.

Change is a simple thing but it ain't easy. Get this right and get that right and everything will be right. Just stop doing this and start doing that, there isn't much to it.

Adapting to a new process is, however, a challenge. We like doing things the way we have always done them, we are in the habit of doing things the way we have always done them.

Some things come naturally to some of us while not even being within the understanding of others.

I can never say that change is easy but I can say that change is simple. If you want to change then take one of the simple steps necessary and just concentrate on that until you get it right.
