When it comes to goals this is the right approach.
Prioritize them so that distractions don't get between you and your goals.
Chunk them down into steps.
Set time lines for accomplishments.
Rex is setting goals for himself in regards to his family, his fitness and his environment and this reflects balance. With balanced goals your whole life will not be focused on one thing and you won't burn out trying to get it done.
Goal setting takes some thoughtful consideration and I am writing about only a few of the things to be considered here.
One step I recommend next is to work out each goal in precise detail, chunk them down into steps, then you only have to move on to each step without having to worry about the whole thing.
The most important step is to write it down. Not only do you put it on paper when you do this but you also begin to communicate with your subconscious mind by writing it down. Your subconscious needs to hear your goals in your own voice.
